As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she works as a consultant, trainer, and Agile coach. Tana holds a Diploma in Political Economics from Rupprecht-Karls University, Heidelberg, Germany, and a Doctor of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland. She is passionate about process optimization through Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, business analysis, and organizational change.

His expertise includes service & warranty management in the automotive sector, along with certifications as an ISO/TS 16949 system auditor, DGQ & EOQ auditor for quality, and VDA 6.3 process auditor.
